At Diamond Brand Outdoors we take great pride in working with individuals. Cancellation policy: Cancellation of trips within seven days of booking date will result in forfeit of deposit.
All equipment and transportation to and from the store will be provided excluding flies and fishing license. On full day trips lunch and drinks will be provided. If any special dietary or physical needs are required please let us know.
The majority of our trips are done locally in Pisgah National Forest and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This includes rainbow, brown and brook trout. Fly-fishing for these fish is available all year with the peak season being April thru October. During the heat of the summer the smallmouth fishing is excellent here in our home waters. When the trout fishing slows due to heat there is nothing like a smallie crashing a top water popper. The peak time for this is June thru mid September. Our trips will usually start around 9am and finish around 5pm. These times will vary depending on the time of year and individual needs. All trips will depart and return from the store unless other arrangements have been made. Our staff also has strong ties with both North Carolina saltwater fly-fishing and trout fishing in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. At different times during the year we run destination trips to these locations for varies species. Check with us about upcoming trips or if you need info on these locations.
